I today wish to express my sincerest thanks to Heather Lefebvre,Real Estate Broker-Associate.

Not only did she find my fine new house in Ft. Lauderdale for me, and helped me negotiate with the former owner for a fair price. She also assisted me in every conceivable way to carry the whole deal through: Heather arranged appointments with lawyers, and contacted electricians, bricklayers, carpenters, etc. for me who could execute the necessary repairs and alterations to the house, and on top of it controlled and supervised the work to be done. So, my new house was ready for my move-in in a rather short time, and I am now looking forward to my first holidays to be spent there.

I believe that all these services went far beyond any service one would usually expect from a broker, and I really cannot imagine how I, as a buyer from overseas, could have handled all this without Heather’s professional and very efficient help.
