Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Boca Raton, FL.

I found Heather on Zillow after I had a very negative experience with the realtors who handled my rental property . Heather’s reviews were just amazing , each and every one. When I contacted Heather and Brian we set up a meeting at my property. I live out of the area so we arranged getting together when I was in town. I was really skeptical of any realtor based only past experience. However from the moment I met Heather and Brian, my skepticism disappeared . They provided me with a computerized presentation that explained their plan to market my house along with their affiliations. The entire experience was seamless. What really impressed me that every phone call, text or email was answered in a timely basis. I felt as if I had someone really working for me. Proof of this fabulous team is my house was sold in 23 hours after being on the market! After the inspection , Heather and Brian negotiated for me and were very successful. We closed on the house in 2 and a half weeks. I highly recommend Heather and would give her 10 stars, hands down
