Thinking about selling your property in Fort Lauderdale area, you need a proper strategy, detailed planning and knowing how to navigate all the turns and rules. You will need a proper coach and no one better than Heather. From the get go she gave very practical recommendations and provided the “how to “ and supervised all the details in repairs, cleaning and staging and then with a fantastic presentation! I can't say enough good things about Heather's skills as a realtor. She did an amazing job selling my condo. She was extremely thorough and professional through the process, from researching comps for setting (and justifying) the price, to putting together an incredible marketing plan, to negotiating with the buyers. After moving back to florida from Washington DC area, I  worked closely with Heather Lefebvre to search for an area of my liking in South Florida. She helped me in finding what I was looking for to fit both my budget and lifestyle long term. What impressed me the most was Heather's honesty, transparency and willingness to truly guide me instead of just trying to sell me property.
